About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers within retail stores to drive sales of our vape products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify prospective customers through lead generation tactics
  • Build close partnerships with independent retailers to drive sales of vape products
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to deliver compelling presentations and pitches and close deals
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and manage CRM systems effectively
  • Manage time and territory plan effectively to maximize productivity

About You:

  • A full driving license
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales positions
  • Keen to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Great team player with an outgoing personality
  • Commercially minded with a desire to hit and exceed targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook)

What We Offer:

  • Base Salary up to £32,500
  • Commission: OTE is another 10K on top, however this is uncapped, and we expect overachievement in many areas
