Senior Resident Services Manager
We are seeking a seasoned property professional to lead our onsite operations across multiple residential communities in London. As the Senior Resident Services Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, maintaining financial and operational performance, and fostering a thriving community environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the Resident Services Team to deliver outstanding front-line service to residents.
- Develop and implement strategic customer service plans based on resident feedback and service standards.
- Manage the resident move-in and move-out process, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Oversee financial performance, including net rent, operational expenditure, and budgetary control.
- Provide guidance and support to onsite teams, ensuring high standards of property management and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, fire safety, and building maintenance.
- Organize and manage resident events, and support ongoing community engagement.
