Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time

Primary Industry: Education and Training

Salary: £90 - £105 Per day

Benefits: £50 referral fee

Job Duties:

  • Support teachers in delivering high-quality education to students.
  • Assist in planning and preparing lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
  • Help with classroom management.

Required Qualifications:

  • GCSEs in English and Maths.
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role.

Education:

  • Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths.
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in a teaching assistant role within a school setting.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of the national curriculum.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Patient in dealing with students.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • First Aid certification.
  • Safeguarding training.
  • Any additional relevant qualifications.

Working Conditions:

  • Working in a classroom setting.
  • Following school hours and term dates.
  • Adapting to various teaching styles and student needs.
