We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team on a 12-month contract, possibly longer. As a key member of our Payroll team, you will play a crucial role in processing payroll for approximately 1,000 employees, consisting of 11 payrolls, and supporting an HR and systems implementation project.
The Role:
As a Group Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Processing payroll for 1,000 employees, including both weekly and monthly payroll cycles.
- Supporting the HR and systems implementation project to streamline payroll and HR functions.
- Collaborating closely with the payroll team to ensure seamless integration of new systems.
- Assisting with payroll queries, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity throughout the payroll process.
Key Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and company policies.
