Estates Director

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
London and South East Colleges (LSEC) is looking for an experienced Estates Director to lead the estates operations across our sites. This role involves overseeing facilities management, repairs, maintenance, remedial works, and statutory compliance.
As an Estates Director, you will ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines, legislation, and regulations. You will also align statutory compliance with SFG20 standards and BSRIA recommendations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing estates operations, including facilities management, repairs, maintenance, remedial works, and statutory compliance.
- Ensuring the colleges are safe and compliant with curriculum activities.
- Managing individuals and teams effectively.
The successful candidate will possess strong resilience, diplomacy, and confidence in managing individuals. They should be comfortable delivering multiple tasks, projects, and conflicting priorities, and ultimately be self-confident and highly visible to all college stakeholders, offering outstanding customer service.
