Main Responsibilities
Provide individualised patient care, demonstrating good communication skills and understanding of basic requirements for individualised patient care.
Work collaboratively with our team to deliver patient-centred care, focusing on the needs of our patients and their families.
Assist with daily tasks, such as administering medication, recording vital signs, and maintaining patient records.
Requirements
NVQ2 in Care or willingness to work towards
Previous customer care experience and life skills
Regular attendance and ability to work flexibly within working hours of the department
