About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Trainee Residential Surveyor Programme. As a Trainee Residential Surveyor, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our company and developing your skills in residential valuation and property risk services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop your knowledge and skills in residential building pathology and valuation
  • Work closely with experienced surveyors to gain hands-on experience and build your confidence
  • Participate in our comprehensive training programme, which includes classroom sessions, mentoring, and on-the-job training
  • Contribute to the delivery of high-quality residential valuation and property risk services to our clients

Requirements

  • Eligibility for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation
  • Strong base knowledge of residential building pathology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build effective working relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative, and a proactive approach
