Job Description

About the Role

  • As the key stakeholder, you will be responsible for driving the internal sales strategy for the SME Telesales team, with the goal of achieving financial budgets.
  • You will manage, own, and drive results for SME Appointment booking, identifying trends, successes, and challenges that will inform the internal sales strategy.
  • Work with Team Leaders to drive effective lead management, conversion, and up-selling across the Sales Exec population.
  • Report on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual Appointment setting performance, as well as manage Sales Team Leaders.
  • Provide regular training, development, and 1-2-1's to the team.
  • Grow the potential within existing accounts and new clients, using available data to make informed dialling choices.
  • Be a commercial figurehead for Appointment/Oppportunity creation and delivery of commercial revenues.
  • Lead strategic projects as required.
  • Improve and drive cross-sell performance across the business.
  • Develop and implement plans for BDE effectiveness, process, retentions, renewals, and client relationship management.
  • Deliver against commercial/sales objectives.
  • Analyse, interpret, and act upon data.

What's On Offer

The successful candidate will join an industry-leading company in the Halifax area, with a 3-day on-site presence, 2 days working from home, and working hours of 09:00 to 17:00.

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 DOE, plus generous bonus/commission and enhanced benefits package.
