About the RoleWe are proud to offer a unique opportunity for experienced Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists and Paediatricians to join our team. As a Specialist in Developmental Disorders, you will be responsible for conducting thorough ASD assessments for children and adolescents aged 3-18 years old, providing professional reports and recommendations based on the assessments, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
About the PositionThis is an exciting opportunity to work on an associate flexi basis, offering flexible working hours and location (Remote or Onsite). The ideal candidate will possess a qualified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist or Paediatrician with experience in diagnosing ASD, valid GMC registration, strong understanding of developmental disorders and child mental health, proven experience working with children aged 3-18 years, and ability to produce comprehensive reports and effectively communicate findings.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough ASD assessments for children and adolescents aged 3-18 years old.
- Provide professional reports and recommendations based on the assessments.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Engage with families and carers.
- Qualified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist or Paediatrician with experience in diagnosing ASD.
- Valid GMC registration.
- Strong understanding of developmental disorders and child mental health.
- Proven experience working with children aged 3-18 years.
- Ability to produce comprehensive reports and effectively communicate findings.
The estimated salary for this role is £250-£333.33 per hour based on experience, with opportunities for overtime. Additional benefits include flexible working hours, opportunity to work on an associate flexi basis, supportive and collaborative team environment, and competitive pay rates based on your experience.
