Job Description

Role Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, advice, and sales development for compressed air solutions to automotive truck and bus manufacturers in the Mobility division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for OEM customers, supporting the sales team.
  • Provide technical support, ensuring seamless issue resolution and sales development for compressed air solutions.
  • Manage customer orders, forecasting, and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Handle logistics and shipping for the compressed air eMobility products.
  • Support pricing, quotations, and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Assist with marketing activities and ensure compliance with internal systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven inside sales, technical sales support, or commercial experience, ideally in engineering, manufacturing, or automotive sector.
  • Understanding of manufacturing and commercial operations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships and liaise with various engineering departments.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with a process-driven approach.
  • Technical knowledge and experience with SAP and Salesforce are a plus.
  • Willingness to learn the company's eMobility product range, predominantly compressed air solutions.
