Information Security Manager

Your Responsibilities- Manage and operate the Information Security Management System (ISMS) to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Implement the strategy for achieving regulatory compliance across the UK portfolio in coordination with the Information Security Officer (ISO) and Information Security Representative (ISR).
- Maintain the project plan for CAF compliance and highlight upcoming activities, current issues, future risks, and solutions to various stakeholders.
- Integrate information security standards into operational processes, such as supply chain management and risk management.
- Create and maintain company-specific documentation for information security and ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and business instructions.
- Analyze and process information security improvements/incidents and provide necessary support to the sites throughout the incident response process.
- Provide technical consultancy on OT security topics, such as asset management, configuration management, network security, and security architecture, for local sites.
- Deliver awareness sessions on cybersecurity topics and provide coaching to employees.
- Report on information security performance to various stakeholders, including plant management and central ISMS team.
