Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience of leading a department or team in a secondary school setting
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and students
  • Strong subject knowledge and expertise in MFL, with a passion for teaching and learning
  • Ability to analyze data and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, students, and parents
