Join Our Team as a Senior Lecturer in Fine Arts

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Senior Lecturer in Fine Arts to join our team at the University of the Arts London. As a key member of our academic staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our students and contributing to the development of our Fine Arts program.

About the Role

As an Interim Senior Lecturer in Fine Arts, you will be responsible for teaching, curriculum development, scholarship, and academic administration on our BA Fine Art course. You will work closely with our team to develop professionally purposed pedagogy and enhance the curriculum in innovative directions, drawing on your experience and networks to prepare students for ambitious graduate futures within the culture sectors in the UK and globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach both practice and writing across year groups as required
  • Develop and deliver curriculum content that is grounded in digital and emerging technologies, event production, exhibition making, and/or curatorial practice
  • Contribute to the development of a broad range of international art practices, histories, contexts, and graduate destinations
  • Work with substantial and culturally diverse cohorts, and possess experience of complex project and schedule management
  • Draw upon excellent professional networks within the UK and internationally as needed
