Skin Cancer Navigator

We are seeking an experienced individual to provide administrative support to our Macmillan Skin Cancer Clinical Nurse Specialist team.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Macmillan Skin Cancer Clinical Nurse Specialist team to provide administration support.
- Take distressing phone calls, deal sensitively with patient enquiries, and take appropriate action.
- Track and trace diagnostic investigations and appointments for all CNS patients on the Dermatology pathway.
- Attend weekly Patient Tracking List meeting to assist with optimising the patient pathway and avoiding breaches.
- Book all CNS follow-ups, including NEW, follow-up, and Photodynamic therapy treatments.
