Location: Scarborough, North Yorkshire

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, including every other Saturday morning, with no Sundays or out-of-hours shifts

Estimated Salary: £80,000 per annum (DOE), with a welcome bonus up to £5,000

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of veterinary professionals, ensuring high standards of care and service
  • Oversee clinical protocols and ensure consistent implementation
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior veterinarians and nursing staff
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and deliver excellent customer service
  • Drive continuous improvements and clinical development within the practice
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive working environment

Requirements:

  • RCVS registration with significant clinical experience, ideally with some leadership experience or a strong desire for a leadership role
  • A passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate veterinary care
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
