Veterinary Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our referral team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. As part of our surgical team, you will have the opportunity to refine your skills in complex surgeries and procedures.
As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring patients undergoing diagnostic imaging, surgery, and rechecks. You will also place arterial lines, central lines, and administer nerve blocks under the supervision of an anaesthetist. Additionally, you will monitor patient anaesthesia and sedation.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a referral setting or be willing to undergo our structured induction mentoring programme combined with a 6-month training period. We offer excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multi-task with a flexible approach to working.
We provide a competitive salary of £42,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including VDS cover, RCVS fees, and pension.
