Lead Civil Asset Engineer

Carrington West is seeking a highly skilled Lead Civil Asset Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. As a key member of our Defence industry team, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex projects from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement design assurance strategies for complex projects.
  • Manage contractor engineering support to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Support project optioneering and technical assessment processes.
  • Review and accept project drawings and documentation.
  • Provide technical supervision of construction and deconstruction activities.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Comply with Environment, Health, Safety, Security, and Quality policies.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training within the Defence industry.
Requirements:
  • Experience in developing design assurance for complex projects.
  • Experience in civil engineering for complex projects.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement throughout the engineering lifecycle.
  • Experience in engineering lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrable suitable qualifications and experience relating to marine and mechanical engineering.
