Clinical Specialist Opportunity

The Maven Consulting Group Ltd is currently seeking a Clinical Specialist to join their team in Canterbury. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a vital role in conducting client assessments and producing reports to support the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily client assessments, using a combination of telephone, video, and face-to-face interactions to gather information about the impact of a person's disability or health condition on their daily life.
- Utilize active listening and questioning skills to gather information, and then utilize this information to produce comprehensive reports.

What We Offer:
- Starting salary of £39,500 per annum, based on market rates for similar positions in Canterbury
- Part-time and full-time opportunities available, with flexible working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm)
- Ongoing training and support to ensure success in the role
- Annual leave, bank holidays, and additional paid time off for personal activities
- NMC or HCPC fees paid for, and CPD revalidation support provided

Requirements:
- 1 year or more of post-registration experience as an NMC registered nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD), HCPC qualified Physiotherapist, Paramedic, or Occupational Therapist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Strong IT and computer skills, with comfort working with a range of conditions, including mental health
