Job Title: Automation Test Engineer

About the Role:

Candour Solutions is seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer to join our team. As an Automation Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software through automated testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Automated Tests: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated tests within our existing Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) framework using C#, Selenium WebDriver, and SpecFlow.
  • Ensure Software Quality: You will ensure the delivery of thoroughly tested high-quality software to our customers.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and create detailed, effective test plans.
  • Review Acceptance Criteria and Requirements: You will participate in the review of acceptance criteria and requirements, identifying potential errors, gaps, or ambiguities early in the process.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ Years of Experience: You should have at least 3 years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer.
  • C# Programming: You should be proficient in C# programming.
  • Automated Test Frameworks: You should have hands-on experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks using C#, SpecFlow.
  • Selenium WebDriver and RestSharp: You should have experience automating tests using Selenium WebDriver and RestSharp.
  • Agile Environment: You should have experience working in an Agile environment with knowledge of testing best practices.
  • Manual Testing Practices: You should have a solid understanding of manual testing practices, including UAT, System, and Regression testing.
  • Cloud Platforms and Technical Skills: You should be familiar with Cloud Platforms, such as AWS, and have strong technical skills, including Windows, DNS, Networking, and Scripting.
