We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and a willingness to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. Experience in health and social care is desirable, but not essential. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of supporting individuals with mental health needs and be able to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
