About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Westfields residential care home in Swaffham, West Norfolk.

As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of our service users.

You will be responsible for delivering person-centred care and support, promoting the independence and dignity of our service users in line with their individualised care plans.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in care or a related field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work flexibly including days and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering personal care and support tasks
  • Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner
  • Communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders
