Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at The Electronics Group. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and executing all electrical and instrumentation aspects of clean water design projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directing and coordinating electrical and instrumentation design activities
  • Executing and monitoring electrical and instrumentation design projects
  • Liaising with designers from different disciplines to ensure design packages are complete and concise
  • Managing external design resources and compiling EICA specifications and data-sheets for procurement of EICA equipment
  • Assisting with management of EICA procurement packages and reviewing technical submissions
  • Working collaboratively with other design departments and supporting project managers and directors within the business
Requirements:
  • 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in clean water design
  • BTEC HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering as a minimum
  • EUSR water hygiene card and competent in using Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Strong AutoCAD design skills and ability to use Microsoft Project to manage programmes
