About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Work Specialist to join our Learning Disability Team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work in partnership with disabled adults, understanding and supporting their needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in social work, with a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience. They will also hold a degree in Social Work and possess excellent knowledge of safeguarding adults, Direct Payments, and the Care Act 2014.

Key responsibilities include completing care act assessments, mental capacity assessments, and community DOL assessments. The team employs a strengths-based approach, working within the framework of the Care Act 2014.

A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum is offered for this full-time position, which also includes hybrid working, excellent training, and easy accessibility by car or public transport.
