Senior Urban Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Town Planner to join our team at KAP Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our clients' properties and communities.

• Develop and implement urban planning strategies to meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct site analyses and provide recommendations for land use and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant planning laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant standards.

• Master's degree in Town Planning or a related field.
• Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligibility for membership.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the UK.
• Strong understanding of UK planning laws and regulations.
