Senior Urban Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Town Planner to join our team at KAP Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our clients' properties and communities.

• Develop and implement urban planning strategies to meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery.
• Provide expert advice on planning laws and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
• Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities and community groups.

• Master's degree in Town Planning or a related field.
• Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligibility for membership.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the UK.
• Strong understanding of UK planning laws and regulations.
