Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Head Omakase Chef to join our vibrant team in Notting Hill. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional dining experiences at JUNO Omakase, our intimate private dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Proven experience as a Senior Sushi Chef in a high-volume, high-quality restaurant.
  • Experience working in an Omakase establishment, with a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent knife skills and ability to handle sushi knives safely.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and full ownership in your role.
  • Good English language communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team.
  • Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes, and standards.
  • Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team.
  • Train and mentor junior sushi chefs, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to standards.
