At Signature Senior Lifestyle, we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Bank Registered Nurse. This exciting opportunity will allow you to bring your unique skills and experience to our luxury care and nursing home in Kingston upon Thames.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the day-to-day running of your care area, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.
- Provide personal care to residents, leadership and guidance to the care team, and manage monthly routine medication.
- Act as a named nurse for individual residents, developing strong relationships and ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Share your specialist knowledge with the care services team, promoting excellence in care and mentoring colleagues.
