Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking experienced Support Workers to join our team at Red Sector Recruitment Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need.

About the Role:
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals in their own homes or in care settings.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Requirements:
  • Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
  • At least 1 year of experience in adult care.
  • Full driving license (not mandatory).
