Salary: £28-£32k (dependent on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday

HR GO Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join one of the most prestigious marketing agencies in the North. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar agency role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the annual strategy and day-to-day trading plan to drive business growth.
  • Manage internal resources to ensure the daily management of websites, including banner and content changes, visual merchandising, product and offer setup, and optimization.
  • Identify, brief, and test web development tasks to deliver new features and functionality, and optimize website performance, including UX, assets, merchandising, and apps.
  • Produce e-commerce channel P&L reports and provide strategic recommendations to improve business performance.
  • Produce and circulate daily trading reports and monthly performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure web design and build projects are delivered smoothly, efficiently, on budget, and on time.
  • Support the development team and act as a conduit between them and the client services team on development projects.
  • Audit clients' digital operations to conduct a SWOT analysis and provide strategic recommendations.

Key Skills:

  • Strong working knowledge of core digital marketing channels, including email marketing, paid search, display advertising, social media, and affiliate marketing.
  • Experience in website design and build processes within open-source platforms like Shopify and WordPress.
  • Excellent writing and language skills, with the ability to articulate and adapt to convey the intended message.
  • Numerate and comfortable with data manipulation to produce reports and insights using Microsoft Excel.
  • Capable of forward-planning and prioritizing workload based on business requirements.
