We are seeking a talented Ecommerce Operations and Marketing Manager to join our team at Zealous Agency in Leeds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping our ecommerce platform strategy, operationalising merchandising activities, and optimising the platform to elevate the overall shopper experience.

Ecommerce Platform Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive ecommerce platform strategy to drive growth and enhance the user experience.
  • Collaborate across teams to define the roadmap for platform development and enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide continually innovative ideas.

Ecommerce Operations:

  • Establish and build the ecommerce Operations function within the organisation, outlining processes, workflows, and requirements for growth.
  • Optimise search, merchandising, UX, and CRO through creating and delivering projects in collaboration with development and external partners.

Shopper Experience Enhancement:

  • Continuously assess and enhance the online shopping experience, from navigation and search functionality to checkout processes.
  • Collaborate with the Product Management team to ensure product listings, content, and promotions align with the shopper journey and business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Results-oriented ecommerce Manager with a passion for innovative and inspired shopper experiences.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platform strategy, operationalising merchandising activities, and optimising the platform.
