Marketing Brand Manager

We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to serve as the brand champion and steward for Max in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand marketing strategies to effectively elevate and differentiate Max in the marketplace.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to effectively elevate and differentiate Max in the marketplace and drive customer acquisition and retention. Work closely with the VP of Brand and Content Marketing EMEA and SVP of Marketing EMEA to lead execution of foundational brand work for new market launches in the region. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially the Regional Streaming Marketing teams, to ensure local insights and considerations are taken into account in all brand activities from strategic planning to creative execution. Ensure stakeholders in the EMEA organization are informed on brand tone of voice, strategy, and creative guidelines. Utilize market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in brand marketing efforts. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of brand marketing initiatives. Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to achieve maximum ROI. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in brand marketing to continuously optimize strategies and tactics.
Requirements
Proven track record of success in brand marketing, preferably within the streaming entertainment industry or related fields. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms, and experience in data-driven decision-making. A strong understanding of the streaming business as well as digital marketing channels and emerging trends in social media and content distribution. Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
