Avionic Systems Specialist

The role of the Avionic Systems Specialist at Daniel Owen Ltd is a challenging and rewarding one, requiring in-depth knowledge of aircraft systems.
Key responsibilities include full removal and strip of equipment, installation of complex wiring harness, modifications to existing wiring within Avionic shelves and panels, wiring terminations and testing, loom manufacture and testing, and systems testing.
To be successful as an Avionic Systems Specialist, you will need a minimum of 8 years' aircraft experience, previous aircraft production experience, previous modification experience, and completed an engineering apprenticeship in Aeronautical engineering or a military equivalent. Additionally, you should have good knowledge of aircraft structures, be subject to UK Security Vetting, and eligible to work and live in the UK.
The company offers comprehensive training requirements, including Initial Human Factors; Continuation Training Human Factors, Initial SFAR phase 1&2; Continuation Training SFAR phase 1&2, Initial EWIS group 4; Continuation Training EWIS group 4, ETOPS, and RVSM.
