About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programmatic Advertising Manager to join our team at Realtime Agency. As a key member of our Programmatic team, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and executing large-scale programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms, targeting client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and implement programmatic campaign strategies to achieve client KPIs.
    • Manage and execute large-scale programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Optimization and Performance Analysis
    • Implement best practice optimization processes to ensure maximum campaign performance potential is reached for both KPIs and budget delivery.
    • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and insights to maximize performance efficiency.
  • Client Communication and Relationship Building
    • Manage client communications within key accounts.
    • Build relationships with decision-makers and present accurate and valuable performance insights and recommendations at regular client meetings.
  • Cost Management and Budgeting
    • Manage campaign expenses and stay on budget.
    • Estimate monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Team Collaboration and Innovation
    • Work closely with other internal teams to drive data-backed innovation and strategy.
    • Stay at the forefront of industry innovation and best practices, learn and grow your knowledge, and bring new findings and ideas to clients and internal teams.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of programmatic advertising experience (agency experience preferable).
  • Proven track record of success in meeting programmatic campaign KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience in DV360.
  • Degree in business, maths, marketing, engineering, science or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
  • Experience with website and lead analytics (such as UTM tagging or Google Analytics).
  • Ad platform certifications are a plus.
  • Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-organized and flexible; able to move from project to project without delay.
  • A passion for Digital Marketing and learning.
