Job Description

CEVA Logistics UK&I is seeking a skilled Transportation Safety Specialist to join their Ground & Rail Transport Centre of Excellence function. The ideal candidate will have a C+E Driving License and prior experience in a training role with a good understanding of the transport industry, including transport rules and regulations.

This dynamic role involves designing and delivering customized transport training modules for complex operational needs. Additionally, the successful candidate will facilitate incident analysis workshops to enhance proactive risk mitigation and management. They will also create and maintain training records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

About You

We are looking for someone who holds a C+E Driving License and has prior experience in a training role. A good understanding of the transport industry, including transport rules and regulations, is essential. Experience in developing training materials, presenting to large groups, and effectively interacting with drivers to foster a positive culture and enhance their driving habits is also important.
