About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at the Marina Leisure Centre. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers while they enjoy our leisure pool facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer service and safety in the leisure pool area.
  • Monitor and respond to emergencies in a calm and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular pool checks to ensure the water quality and safety standards are met.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
  • Competent swimmer with the ability to swim 200 meters in under 4 minutes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
  • Passion for the leisure industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
