Everyman Cinema Assistant Manager

We are seeking a charismatic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our vibrant and friendly team at Everyman Cinema. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring the smooth operation of our cinema venues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Venue & Deputy Manager in the day-to-day running of the cinema, focusing on customer satisfaction and team performance.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new team members, promoting a culture of excellence and customer service.
  • Contribute to the recruitment and social media marketing efforts, as well as film scheduling and stock management.

Requirements:
