Financial Operations Role at Golden Charter

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations professional to join our Finance team for a 12-month period, working 35 hours per week.

As a Financial Operations team member, you will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day tasks, ensuring a high level of service and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will work closely with the wider finance team to ensure thorough processing of monthly accounts and have daily contact with suppliers, funeral directors, and other departments within the business.

Our Accounts Payable team handles the processing of invoices, raising and matching Purchase Orders, and processing expenses claims. Our Accounts Receivable team deals with raising sales invoices, processing Direct Debit runs, and collecting outstanding debt.
