Colleague Experience Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Tesco Colleague. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with customers and colleagues to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Job Description:- Provide excellent customer service and assist with queries and complaints.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store objectives and targets.
- Support stock management, replenishment, and visual merchandising activities.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
- Participate in promotional events and activities to drive sales and engagement.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
