The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing personalized product solutions, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • Provide a warm and welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Utilize the Optometrist's recommendations to create tailored product solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Performance
    • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and personal KPIs.
    • Build strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and preferences.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest collection and iconic brand pieces.
  • Operations
    • Operate the till system, process payments, and manage inventory.
    • Ensure the shop floor and stock room are maintained to the highest standards.
    • Process deliveries, transfers, and support the Store Management in implementing Visual Merchandising guidelines.
  • Optics
    • Deliver technical tasks, ensuring the safe supply of eyewear, including ordering, verification, and adjustments.
    • Work with the latest generation equipment, including the Smart Mirror 4 application and iPad.
