About the Role

  • As a Senior Category Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our commercial and development teams to support future development projects and provide vital consumer insight into future market trends.
  • You will have the opportunity to work in a flat structure, with exposure to our senior team and the chance to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Our business is customer-facing, and you will work closely with our retailer contacts to drive business growth and innovation.
  • You will have the opportunity to work in one of the biggest product categories in the UK, with a focus on food and FMCG.
  • You will be responsible for getting under the skin of the category, working closely with commercial and NPD teams to drive business growth and innovation.
  • You will be an intuitive and analytical thinker, able to interpret data and translate it into effective plans.
  • You will be a confident and effective communicator, able to work in both verbal and written forms.
  • Flexible working is an option, with a focus on work-life balance and reducing busy commutes.

About You

  • You will have experience in marketing or commercial, with exposure to development and a strong understanding of consumer insight.
  • You will have excellent numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into effective plans.
  • You will be a good communicator, confident and able to work in both verbal and written forms.
  • You will have some customer-facing experience, with a strong understanding of business growth and innovation.
  • You will be able to work to deadlines and prioritize effectively, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • You will be qualified to degree level, with a strong understanding of marketing and commercial principles.
