Deputy Service Manager

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Deputy Service Manager to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd. As a Deputy Service Manager, you will play a vital role in leading our residential service in Swindon, working closely with our Registered Manager to ensure the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our service users.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage a team of colleagues to provide person-centred support plans, conduct care needs assessments, and recruit and induct new staff members.
* Complete supervisions and appraisals, medication competencies, and medication audits, as well as attending multi-disciplinary meetings and completing reports.
* Assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day management of the service, including participating in the on-call rota.

**Requirements**

* Previous experience in a care management role and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
* Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
