About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Asset Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Trevett Project Services. As a Fabric Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking all building fabric activities, including patch repairs, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating, to the highest level of service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Undertake building fabric activities, including patch repairs, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating.
  2. Answer queries, report any defects, and keep clients informed of site activities.
  3. Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspections, reports, and remedial work.
  4. Work in a corporate and retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  5. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  1. Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
  2. Relevant qualifications, such as C&G or equivalent, or a trade-related qualification.
  3. Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures, and Safe Systems of Working.
  4. Ability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights, and in confined spaces.
  5. Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to use a mobile device.
  6. Highly self-motivated and solutions-focused, with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team.

Working Hours and Environment:

40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with overtime and weekends available. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
