As a Senior Lettings Associate at Spicerhaart, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.

Your key responsibilities will include liaising with prospective tenants, negotiating offers, and agreeing new tenancies. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, as well as marketing properties to tenants using various marketing skills.

In addition, you will be expected to canvass the local area, door knock, and leaflet drop to generate new and repeat business.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle, work well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment, and have a reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.

You will also need to have strong IT skills, attention to detail, and ideally an understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings.

We are currently conducting some interviews using video software. To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need to have a full UK driving licence, legal entitlement to live and work in the UK, and provide evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of a passport or birth certificate.

We will also need proof of address, national insurance, and a drivers licence check.
