Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee the management of our logistics and transportation operations, ensuring seamless execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, enhance operational efficiency, and improve customer service.
  • Client and Supplier Relationships:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners.

    • Develop and execute strategies to meet financial targets and operational goals.

  • Procurement and Bidding:
    • Manage procurement processes, bidding, and quoting to customers.
    • Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Insurance Management:
    • Oversee insurance claims and ensure timely resolution.
    • Manage relationships with insurance providers.
  • IT and Data Security:
    • Manage the IT team and ensure data security protocols are in place and adhered to.
    • Oversee the implementation of new technologies and systems to support business operations.
  • Company Culture:
    • Foster a positive and collaborative company culture.
    • Promote employee engagement and ensure a supportive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of logistics and transportation operations.
    • Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
    • Strong understanding of compliance standards and regulations.
    • Experience with procurement, bidding, and insurance management.
    • Competence in IT management and data security.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members.
  • Qualifications:
