Job Title: Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor

Occupational Health Staffing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on occupational health matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Case Management: Manage a caseload of up to 6 cases per day, providing expert advice and guidance to employees and managers.
  • Health Surveillance: Conduct health surveillance activities to identify and mitigate potential health risks in the workplace.
  • Health Promotion: Develop and implement health promotion initiatives to improve the overall health and wellbeing of employees.
  • Fitness for Work Assessments: Conduct fitness for work assessments to determine an employee's ability to perform their job duties.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of Occupational Health Advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Business Development: Work closely with the business to identify opportunities for growth and development, and provide clinical and operational advice to support business objectives.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified and experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor with a strong background in case management and health surveillance. You will also need to have previous leadership and management experience, as well as a full driving licence and access to a car.

Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum, plus benefits.
