We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Unite Students. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our student accommodation, ensuring our students have a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality cleaning services to communal areas, including entrances, common rooms, hallways, and outdoor spaces
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our students, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and approachable manner
  • Log maintenance issues to ensure our properties remain safe and secure
  • Contribute to the daily kitchen cleaning and maintenance

  • You will have a strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning and customer service
  • You will be a hard worker, willing to get stuck in and go the extra mile to ensure our students have an excellent experience
  • You will be a friendly face around the property, happy to chat with our students and answer their questions
