About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Team Lead to join our team at WGC Ltd. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Housekeeper in the day-to-day running of the housekeeping operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service are maintained.
  2. Work closely with the Head Housekeeper to develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency in the housekeeping department.
  3. Monitor and analyze guest data to plan resources and materials required to meet operational requirements.
  4. Maintain strong working relationships with the hotel team, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and implementation of best practices.
  5. Identify opportunities to improve guest satisfaction and implement initiatives to achieve this goal.
  6. Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  7. Recruit, train, manage, and monitor team performance on a daily and weekly basis.
  8. Deliver and exceed financial targets by effectively managing expenditure and payroll.
  9. Participate in training to improve skills and performance.
  10. Solve routine challenges that occur on the job.
