Night Nurse Specialist

The Night Nurse plays a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of patient care at The Graduate Cafe.
As a skilled and compassionate nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct and coordinated care to patients in the Maternity Ward.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maternity care and a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license from Virginia or a reciprocal compact state.
- Minimum of 1 year L&D, LDRP experience preferred for LDRP roles.
- AHA BLS Provider CPR certification required at hire, ACLS and NRP within 6 months.
- Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year based on experience.
