Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal Contract Support Professional to join our team at NSG Environmental Ltd. As a key member of our nuclear industry team, you will provide legal and commercial support for project delivery stages. Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Provide legal advice under the supervision of Legal Counsel during tender and project delivery stages.
  • Conduct contract reviews at enquiry stage.
  • Highlight concerns within the Terms and Conditions to the Bid Manager.
  • Write Technical Queries for submission to the Client.
  • Close out issues once responses received.
  • Prepare, amend, and advise on contracts and subcontracts.
  • Liaise with project teams, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Handle supplementary documentation.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of contracts and associated documents.
  • Manage administrative aspects of projects in relation to legal documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams.
  • Work in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Adhere to continuous professional development.


The salary for this position ranges from £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year, with benefits including a bonus scheme and free parking. This is a fixed-term contract covering a staff member's maternity leave.
