We are recruiting a highly skilled Electrical Product Validation Specialist to join our team at ACS Performance. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our electrical products.

Job Description:

In this position, you will be working closely with our design and development teams to analyze product features, design test parameters, and write final test procedures for mechanical or electrical systems. You will also be responsible for running quality controls on components and final products, reviewing test procedures, and developing test environments and test cases for all systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze product features: Understand and interpret drawings, schematics, blueprints, technical manuals, and instructions to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
  • Design test parameters: Develop test plans and procedures to ensure that our products meet the required specifications and standards.
  • Write final test procedures: Create comprehensive test procedures that outline the steps to be taken during testing, including setup, execution, and reporting.
  • Run quality controls: Conduct regular quality checks on components and final products to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Review test procedures: Verify that test procedures are thorough, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Develop test environments: Create test setups that simulate real-world conditions to ensure our products perform as expected.
Qualifications and Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in product validation, testing, and quality control.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including circuit analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
